Aky3de3 K3se3 Raffle – Official Rules

1. 1. Aky3de3 K3se3 Raffle is a customer reward initiative organized for clients purchasing from Electroland showrooms, authorized reseller and re-distributors showrooms across Ghana.

   2. Participation is open to eligible customers who purchase qualifying products from any authorized Electroland showroom, authorized reseller and re-distributors showrooms  during the raffle period.

   3. Each qualifying purchase grants raffle entries; multiple purchases generate multiple entries.

   4. Entries must be submitted using the official entry process, including the correct product serial number and required customer details.

   5. Entries are collected daily and assigned to the regional draw corresponding to the showroom location.

   6. Weekly and monthly prize draws will be conducted according to the announced raffle calendar.

   7. Weekly entry closes every Saturday at 23:59 (midnight). Weekly draws take place on Sunday following the closing period.

   8. All entries are subject to validation. Invalid, incomplete, duplicate, or fraudulent submissions will be disqualified.

   9. All verified entries are entered into a system-generated random draw, supervised by our organizing team

   10. Winners will be notified via SMS and published on the official ElectrolandRaffles.com website.

   11. The winner notification message will include collection venue, date, and time for prize redemption.

   12. Winners must present valid identification, proof of purchase, and matching serial number at the time of prize collection.

   13. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise specified by the organizer.

   14. If a winner cannot be reached or fails to claim the prize within the stated collection period, the organizer reserves the right to reassign or forfeit the prize.

   15. The organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility, refuse entries that violate the rules, and modify draw dates or procedures if required by operational or regulatory reasons.

   16. Participation implies consent for the organizer to use winner names, images, and basic details for promotional purposes related to the raffle.

   17. Personal information collected will be used solely for raffle administration in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

   18. Employees, partners, or agents directly involved in the raffle administration may be excluded from participation.

   19. The organizer is not responsible for technical failures, SMS delivery issues, or incorrect contact information provided by participants.

   20. By entering the raffle, participants agree to these rules and any additional Terms & Conditions published by Electroland.
